- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to create business and technical requirements
- Effective progress tracking and time management
- Building relationships within the organization and with clients
- Understanding customer needs and drawing logical conclusions
- Technical understanding that enables effective collaboration with the implementation team
- Training and/or certifications in project management (PRINCE2, PMP, PMI, ITIL, AgilePM, SCRUM) will be an advantage
