Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
Acquiring new clients and managing the pipeline
Maintaining relationships and growing acquired clients
Close cooperation with marketing and technology teams
Presenting the company’s solutions to clients
Client meetings online/on-site across Poland
Reporting directly to the Management Board
Requirements
B2B sales experience (min. 2 years)
Experience in new technologies or consulting
Excellent knowledge of sales processes
Passion for sales and modern technologies, and a strong drive for continuous improvement (required)
Independence and initiative
English – level enabling fluent communication
Driving license (category B)
Availability (business trips 1–2 days per month)
