Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new clients and managing the pipeline
  • Maintaining relationships and growing acquired clients
  • Close cooperation with marketing and technology teams
  • Presenting the company’s solutions to clients
  • Client meetings online/on-site across Poland
  • Reporting directly to the Management Board

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience (min. 2 years)
  • Experience in new technologies or consulting
  • Excellent knowledge of sales processes
  • Passion for sales and modern technologies, and a strong drive for continuous improvement (required)
  • Independence and initiative
  • English – level enabling fluent communication
  • Driving license (category B)
  • Availability (business trips 1–2 days per month)
