§2. Data Administrator

  1. The service provider is the data controller for its customers. This means that if you have an account on our website, we process your data, including: first name, last name, email address, phone number, job title, place of work, and IP address.
  2. The service provider is also the administrator of people subscribed to the newsletter and people using the contact form.

  4. Every data subject has the right to access data, rectify, erase or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

  8. Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
